Double proof reading and language check are part of
our standard service.
DELIVERY
Normal translation service requires between 5-10 days.
In an urgent event, express translation service is
available at additional fee.
Delivery by email or post mail is available after
payment is remitted.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Private
- Pre-examination of document is required.
- When translation service is accepted, the service fee will be quoted along with expected due time.
- The customer accepts the quotation and when the payment is at hand, the translation service is initiated.
Companies
- Pre-examination of document is required.
- The company confirms utilizing our translation service as for official job order and makes deposit payment equivalent to 30% of the total quoted fee.
- Should termination of translation service occur, service fee of the actual works done will be charged accordingly.
- Full payment must be made within 14 days after receiving our invoice.
- Dissatisfaction in any circumstances must be made in an official written letter within 10 days after receiving the translated documents.
